WHAT IS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE CHIROTRACTOR?
The CHIROTRACTOR CT-L is a back stretching system with the aim of stretching and mobilizing the lower thoracic and lumbar spine and its soft tissue (muscles, ligaments, fascia).
In the event of a functional disorder due to segmental hypomobility caused by vertebral joint blockages and soft tissue tension, the CHIROTRACTOR should be used to release blockages and tension.
The CHIROTRACTOR is used as a preventative measure against non-specific back pain; the use of the CHIROTRACTOR is intended to prevent chronic soft tissue shortening through stretching and mobilization.
The CHIROTRACTOR can be used without a trainer and is easy to use and understand. Perhaps the solution to unspecific lower back pain?
The CHIROTRACTOR is a 100% win for customers and fitness. And for your studio anyway. Try it out for yourself!

How do I use the CHIROTRACTOR?
How do I use the CHIROTRACTOR?
- While lying on your back, pull the bar towards you to lift the knee pads. Hold the bar at chest height when pulled up.
- Lock the upper bent leg by hooking the foot into the hollow of the knee of the leg below.
- Bring the upper knee joint below the knee pad.
- Now slowly push the handlebar upwards, as you would on a bench press machine.
- Hold the end position on each side for 20 seconds. Increased hip flexion mobilizes/unlocks the lumbar spine. Less hip flexion primarily stretches the hip external rotators and abductors.
